Individual Player Registration
(Full-Time Player)

This page registers you into the league and qualifies you for ASA/USA medical injury
and liability loss insurance throughout the nation.
The cost for this entire calendar year is only $24, payable by check, credit card or PayPal
...which you will select on the next page.

Once registered, you will receive an ASA identification card.

If you do not see your CSL team name using the dropdown menu in the "Find your team" section,
select the first option, "Player Pool," where your manager can find you and transfer you to your team roster.

Don't see your team or don't have a team in this league? Your team registration has not yet been certified, but you can register now anyway. Choose the first selection, "Player Pool," on the list of teams and your manager can move you to the team roster once the registration is completed.
